Care Consulting
How Can an Elderly Care Manager Help? Peaceful Living offers you customized services to fit your specific needs.

  • Conduct care planning assessments to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Screen, arrange for, and monitor in-home help or other services.
  • Review financial, legal or medical issues and offer referrals to geriatric specialist to avoid future problems while preserving financial resources.
  • Provide crisis intervention.
  • Act as liaison to families at a distance, overseeing care and quickly alerting families to problems.
  • Assist with moving an older person to or from a retirement complex, assisted care home, or nursing home.
  • Provide consumer education and advocacy

Adult Family Home

Peaceful Living believes in utilizing a team of care professionals to provide a holistic and rewarding approach to individuals and their families. The services we provide work in relation to each individual’s environment, needs, health, independence, family and community support. Our staff members are at the heart of our service, offering compassion and respect in assisting the individual to maintain their dignity and autonomy in our Adult Family Homes.

We provide 24 hour staffing which includes personal and direct cares, personalized to each individual. Our staff is trained to meet the needs for those with developmental and physical disabilities, including medical and behavioral challenges as well as the aging population. Individual must be eighteen years of age to reside in an Adult Family Home.

Come take a tour and see either a one or two level Town House each with a two- car attached garage, with two or three bedrooms and handicap accessible roll in shower on lower level. Second level includes one bedroom, loft and full bath. Gas fireplace in living room with vaulted ceilings (two levels) give a warm and “homey” feeling throughout. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer all on lower level with central air and patio. Town House(s) located in the cities of New Richmond and Hudson.
