Individual experiences will vary WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION? The individual will lie fully clothed during a session. while the provider gently places their hands slightly above or on the individual. The provider may also use items for the specific healing (stones, supplements, color, and herbs). The session generally lasts 40 to 60 minutes, and people frequently report feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful during and after the session. The person may also feel heat or coldness in certain areas. Each experience is very unique. There is a cumulative effect of using Healing Touch over time and regular sessions are recommended weekly or determined by the provider for the individual needs. ABOUT THE HEALER Bayday has an inner knowing or intuitive nature to guide her where to lay hands on clients, offering them advice, etc. She can often identify energy blockages and imbalances, recognizing the strengths and weakness of their clients overall health and well being.
